"Valley of Love" by Peter Kater is an exuberant start to this lovely mix. "Bodhi" by Vincent Boot is melodically wistful. "Chesed" by Scott Reich is ethereal. "All Alone" by Louis Anthony deLise slows down both the world, and our racing minds. "Dandelions" by Denise Young captures our childhood excitement and awe while collecting those tiny yellow flowers. "Reverence" by Force For Good starts off slow but soars to interesting musical heights. In "Evening Gratitude" by Deuter we can feel the cool night breeze and see the magnificent sunset; our musical heart is content. "Our Stories" by Timothy Wenzel are apparently deeply heart-wrenching stories that we can all relate to. The culminating image of "Mosaic 7" by Jeff Johnson & Phil Keaggy is that of an enthralling picture of the musical world. "Tributaries" by Jon Durant is a wonderful piano odyssey. "Hear My Heart" by Omar Akram is remarkably uplifting. "Reveal" by The Song Gardeners is indeed a refreshing surprise turn in the mix. "Prayerful" by Carl Lord is nicely serene. "Saudade" by Lynn Tredeau sums up the overall mood of this mix and is our Dictionary Word For The Day: Saudade=A deep emotional state of nostalgic or profound melancholic longing for something or someone that one cares for and/or loves. Moreover, it often carries a repressed knowledge that the object of longing might never be had again. It is the recollection of feelings, experiences, places, or events that once brought excitement, pleasure, and well-being, which now trigger the senses and make one experience the pain of separation from those joyous sensations. However it acknowledges that to long for the past would detract from the excitement you feel towards the future. Saudade describes both happy and sad at the same time, which is most closely translated to the English saying ‘bitter sweet’. "Wings of Hope" by Peter Garnvik helps to bring our sad spirits up to soaring heights to shake the feeling of hopelessness and embrace our future. Then Guido makes a total 360 degree turn in the mix from utter sadness to utterly cool. "Amethyst" by Al Jewer & Any Mitran is just super cool in purple, while "Lights of Home" by Michael Whalen is jazzy percussive cool. "Subconscious Matter and Other Indigenous Lifeforms" by David Wright has a colorful abstract video that I discovered to add to it's coolness. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GWLQ84mVOeA "Red Sky" by David Wahler is acoustically cool in red. "Timeless" by Ryan Michael Richards and "Final Ascent" by AO Music are relaxingly cool. "Waterfall Secrets" by Timothy Crane is magnificently beautiful. "5th Eye Trance": by Dyan Garris is cool in title and essence. "Pulsar" by Cu Sithe is auditorily cool. The final nameless Michael Borowski track finishes out the set with pure calmness. Thanks Guido for this unique emotional musical masterpiece.
