In my youth, I ventured out beyond Bob Marley's Legend to discover culture and a sense that there were those who had experienced life through similar eyes as mine. There were those of us who lived a tough life, in tough homes, who searched for love and Inity through music. I found that broad range of emotional content within Reggae music. It may be chants of peace, or love for Rastafari, the love for herb or the oppression caused by life in these times. You will find the teaching of the great Bob Marley found within these lyrics. Expressions of those who have learned to "Pick Up the Pieces" after the suffering endured. I hope your spirits are blessed.
