This week #InGoodTaste took a road trip to Gloucestershire to visit Todenham Manor Farm. Set in 650 acres of beautiful Cotwolds countryside, the farm rears rare-breed pigs and cattle which are then expertly butchered onsite. Their high quality meat has won a plethora of Great Taste Awards over the last few years and can be bought in meat boxes online or from local shops. We spoke to Irayne Paiken, a Londoner who bought the farm 8.5 years ago and learnt about its somewhat surprising transformation.
