This week InGoodTaste investigates the recent rise in popularity of Salt Beef in London. First we begin with Hensons - the country's biggest supplier of Salt Beef who have also launched a campaign to spread the popularity of Salt Beef to other areas of the country. We also chat to Corey Cook a pastrami enthusiast from Canada who is looking to set up a pop up for Montreal Pastrami www.montrealpastrami.co.uk (or smoked meat as it is known to Canadians) in London and also Ben Hodges who has found success selling Salt Beef from his tricycle in a churchyard off Fleet Street.
Our recipe this week is American-style pancakes with fried Pastrami and honey sauce. You can find the recipe on www.InGoodTasteLondon.com
