The Chief Executive of the International Humanist and Ethical Union Gary McLelland addressed this years All Ireland Humanist Summer School on how repealing blasphemy laws in Western countries will benefit human rights worldwide. He explains what the IHEU does and reveals an international taboo against recognising the human rights of the non-religious.
