Raised in southeast London, Ghanaian-British doctor turned DJ, producer and writer Emma Korantema is a true multi-genre selector. Journeying underground with exciting and opposing blends, she describes her style as hard-but-soft chaotic catharsis and credits her unpredictability to an inquisitive soul split between London and Accra.

In addition to radio residencies on Balamii and Oroko Radio, Emma’s signature sound has seen her feature on platforms such as Foundation FM, NTS, Rinse FM, Keep Hush and Reprezent. She has also received acclaim from Pirate studios, winning multiple competitions, and earning a debut at We Out Here Festival in 2022.
