It's funny that you mention that Colour Haze doesn't get a lot of attention. Maybe that's the case in the US, where they almost never play (I think they played there only once ever, in Psycho Las Vegas). Here in Europe they are seen as basically the ultimate gods of stoner music. Everyone absolutely loves them, they always headline the festivals where they play, and are overall probably the most respected and loved band in the European stoner scene. Maybe the reason why all the blogs etc. don't talk much about them is because they are "old news" - they have been around for 20 years, and an amazing Colour Haze album is pretty much par for the course: it's totally expected and they usually deliver it, so let's move on and talk about some exciting newcomer band with a killer debut record.

Anyway, one of the greatest stoner bands of all time, for sure.

Thanks for the feedback! I actually went to Psycho Las Vegas last year and seeing Colour Haze was one of the main reasons I went. Unfortunately they had visa problems and didn't make the trip. I was so bummed. You bring up some very valid points and I do agree that if they toured here in the US, they'd probably get more attention. Amazing band.

More Fuzz !
