King Tubby (born Osbourne Ruddock, January 28, 1941 – February 6, 1989) was a Jamaican electronics and sound engineer, known primarily for his influence on the development of dub music in the 1960s and 1970s.

Channel One is a recording studio in Maxfield Avenue, West Kingston, Jamaica. The studio was built by the Hoo Kim brothers in 1972, and has had a profound influence on the development of reggae music.

Every know and then I find an album I enjoy and make a mixtape using most of the songs, the last one was the Mos Dub Album by Max Tannone http://www.mixcloud.com/DJ_MR_JIM/mos-dub-mix/. This mini selection compromises of the tracks from the album King Tubby`s Studio vs Channel One Studio in Dub, musicians the Aggrovators.

Enjoy!!
