Merry Rephlexmas and a Happy New Braindance!

The original braindance label, Rephlex has at long last gone digital and thus they released 8 new releases, AFX – Analord bonus tracks, and most of their back-catalog digitally on the day before christmas 2009.
For me, a follower of the label since the mid 90’s, it truely was a great Rephlexmas!
So at this month’s yurUnity I made a mix of some of my favorite tracks from those new releases
as well as guest appearance by Jeff Mills with a track off his newest release, Sleeper Wakes.
I was fortunate enough to witness his conceptual return from four years in outer space at Womb in Tokyo this new years and it blew my mind.
As you may have noticed, the two new releases by Aleksi Perälä are my favorites. I would also highly recommend the debut EP from Monolith.
