Electronic Oddities Podcast... for those who love electronic sound!

Show 38 is a little different to the usual fare on the Electronic Oddities Podcast and the playlist is not written down. There are a few reasons for this and one of them is that I want to encourage listeners to listen to the podcast from start to finish and to experience the songs that are played in real time. This podcast serves to show how the sound of electronic music changes when we go from 1971, which is still a very rock moment in time, through the changes of the 1970s and into the synthpop and sampling era of the 1980s. By the time we reach 1989 we have a sound it would have been impossible to conceive back in 1971. All the tracks I play are reasonably well-known and they are all still announced in the podcast for those who hear something new. Enjoy!
