What do you think about the youth today? How do you think they see themselves in our society?
Over the last few years young people in Britain have been joining riots, unable to afford University fees and joining the UK’s statistics of unemployed members of the society. These are the thoughts of Bristol’s young people on how they see themselves, their thoughts on immigration and the ecology of Britain, and how they think they’ll see young people when they’re older.
"It would benefit adults to know what young adults think. Without communication slowly it'll just become this ultimate divide between adults and kids. And that's when riots happen.....if you're calling me a kid and saying I've no initiative or responsibility how do you expect me to confront you and say hello?"
Version of Events is a 20 minute audio recording of lives and views of young people from different backgrounds across Bristol.
