- Mick Flannery's third studio album - Red To Blue - knocked pop diva Madonna off her perch to go number 1 in the Irish albums chart resulting in the Blarney songwriter's first ever #1 album. Huge congratulations to Mick, who plays Cork Opera House on the 22nd April.

- Last week's guests The Mandolas officially introduce their brand of trad-folkie brilliance to the world on Friday as they release My Greatest Day in Cyprus Avenue on Friday, 13th April.
