OMG I LOVED the Feont 242 v Machone X cover of New York. the orginal is one of my all time favorite tracks. Lot of good covers on this show as well which were all well done.

I love AP and LOTL to death, but the first few bars of Lonesome Ghosts makes me want to start singing Whitesnake. Still the best original Xmas song I have heard in awhile. Besides White Wine in the Sun by Tim Minchin

Gold: crown Apple is still being made. The only Crown no longer in production is Crown Royal XR (Red)

Speaking of Pet Shop Boys (but not that flipping Willie Nelson track), they did a great holiday EP once -- loved it, actually. I mention this only because Aesthetic Perfection did his holiday track and I worry peeps aren't receiving it well. What is so wonderful about this genre/scene we all follow - electronica - is its richness and diversity - it is frankly and unapologetically varied. If Dan the man wants to get nostalgic about the holidays and put out a ballad, good on him. For me, it's just one more piece in this incredible tapestry we are so fortunate to enjoy. Wrap yourself up in it, and snuggle down for the winter months.

Blaklight does a great cover of The Killing Moon...but I still think Chvrches knocked it out of the park

Dang it! "Always on My Mind" is a ballad written by Wayne Carson, Johnny Christopher, and Mark James, first released by Gwen McCrae.

Willie Nelson wrote 89 songs, but Always on My Mind was not one of 'em

Beautifully done. Perfectly executed. YOUR voices in between... My days are so much better after listening to what you people put together for us! Thank you.

To truly understand Lonesome Ghosts, you need to watch the music video. The song itself is one thing, but when you see the video, you understand what the video is truly about.

Great show! Brian's not going to be making an appearance this year? I could tell from his voice in his intro earlier this year how tough his recovery had to have been. I truly hope he's doing better than I imagine.
