Hello, friends. Things are tough out there. Spending an hour drifting into a hazy, sun-dappled reverie while discovering some excellent new music might be just the ticket to recharge your cells before heading once more into the breach. Good thing you’ve got Gray Days and Gold, your reliable source for maximum melody and moderate melancholy.
This episode features music from Son Parapluie, Jessie Buckley and Bernard Butler, O’o, Owen Duff, Gordon Bennett, Pneumatic Tubes, Travesía, The Cleaners From Venus, Makaya McCraven, Jesse Tabish, Bala Desejo, Fresh Pepper, and M.E. Netzke.

As always, thanks for listening.
Another great show. But I gotta confess I didn't "hear" the sprouts more like asparagus.
I'm afraid that was a sly reference to music fans of a certain stripe. The song I played bears similarities (in the first 15 seconds) to an old song by the British pop group Prefab Sprout (known among diehard fans as the Sprouts).
