Always a pleasure to host the Changing Faces shows. This particular episode started with my Progressive House Mix. Regular listeners will know that James does his Influential Track of the Week, but I like to bring you a Track From The Vault and this time it was the amazing BT - Embracing The Sunshine. When it was first released it was the Sasha mixes that I used to play from the 12", but that is only half the story as BT supplies some pretty immense mixes himself and for this show I wanted to show how BT was effortlessly able to move through the different genres of house in just one track so it had to be the Embracing The Future Mix.
In the second half of the show Knay-Ohmi took control of decks and despite having heard some of her impressive recent productions in a Deep House style I didn't know what she had planned for this mix. What we have is a very special mix where she blends Tech House, pop, and Deep House. You have to hear it!
