Our guest on this week’s Cadenza Music Source to Cycle podcast is NYMA.
Born in Teheran and raised in Berlin, NYMA was inspired by the techno landscape in Germany at the time, with clubs like E-Werk and Tresor providing the soundtrack to his early clubbing days. His enthusiasm for the music led him to work as technical support for Ableton and for Traktor and also for high profile artists like Richie Hawtin, Carl Craig and Loco Dice. This has spilled over into the studio where he has produced music himself for a variety of labels such as Desolat, My Favourite Robot and Items & Things.
