Usually, the slower tracks get pushed to one side. It's more about handling than wanting all the faster tracks. They're like an alternative source for things to play. Every so often, as with the recent sets, I bring those ahead of the queue. It's to stop from going with the same ideas time & again. and to stop getting into a rut or trend. More often than not, you'll find a very different feel comes across. This has a chilled or relaxed feel to it.
Why is this "with Little Dragons & Wood Pixies"? Kids are never far away, They like to help. They're first to start dancing. In some way, they contribute.
Another part to this is that where I live, you don't have to go far to find fields. Go regular enough, as we do, kids see changes in what's around them. With those from overseas (Wood Pixies), it will be more marked. As always, they are all full of questions. "Do animals live here?" - "Can we see some?" Again, the time of year governs what you find.
