Hi again!

It´s been quite a while since I uploaded a new set due to heaps of preparation for 2 fantastic months of paternity leave that is about to end very soon… Travelling with my wife and my two small boys things just needed to go well… It did!! 4.600 km of driving with very little hassle for the kids – and therefore easy for us - with an huge amount of impressions from all over.

This set is inspired by beautiful Sardegna and the Provence where we spent 5 weeks in total. Short stays at the Garda Lake and in Lausanne to conclude the great road trip. You´ll hear the waves of Sardegna in the background of the first 11 tunes selected and compiled on spot and from Track 12 – 17 the sounds of cicadas. Right from the blooming lavender fields of the Provence… Grab some lavender to imagine what the Provence smells like…

Thanks for your precious time listening, favouring, commenting and sharing.

Stay well!

It would have been very easy to miss this set,a Bawaka set is as rare as a solar eclipse, these days ::))
So I'm mighty relieved I came across it as it's a real deep vibe beauty-justs unfolds beautifully and gracefully over 90 minutes,so well-constructed and excellent track list that you have compiled.
Don't keep us waiting so long next time,Alec ::))

Fantastic set Bawaka. Really like the sound of the waves in the background. Fantastic flow to the set and great transitions between tracks and way too many good tracks for me to start shouting out individuals.
Glad you had a great holiday and that also comes across in this set. Deep & emotive bliss. Thoroughly enjoyed this.
Cheers :)

Hey Alec, your holiday trip with your family sounds amazing :) I've never been at these places yet, hopefully one day I can see those blooming lavender fields :) This set is absolutely my taste again, well, it's not a big surprise after 2 years of friendship and many mixes, isn't it? :) Also, I really liked the sound of waves :) Well done, and welcome back :)

Well well well Alec, it’s clear to see you’ve been missed mate: just look at those chart positions.! They are so well deserved – major congrats fella.!
Your mixes always have a profound effect on me; this one is no exception.
There is something very calming, relaxing and oh so very deep about the way you construct a set – you never fail to transport me to some far off place, another dimension even… ‘Losing Abilities’ probably sums up what I’m getting at: amazing track.! Then you drop ‘Refraction’ – it’s the perfect mood lifter. As for ‘Space & Form’, so much going on in that track: brilliant.!
Another technically flawless production Alec – great discipline & imagination. Loved it mate.!! :))
