Excellent discussion gentlemen. This from a dedicated Toronto Zappa listener/watcher since 1966. The maestro is still sorely missed.
PS/ Nice track choices, Mr. Corcelli. One first heard Frank live at U of T's Convocation Hall in 1968. Brown Shoes was my favourite tune at the time. I had just turned 17. Fast forward to The Phoenix a few years back when this now great-grandfather bought a copy Dance Me This from Dweezil. I attended every show Frank gave in Toronto (including both shows at the Rock Pile twice in '69) over his career. And I have attended all of the local shows that Dweezil has done including back to back nights -- of mostly different material -- at The Mod Club a decade ago this month. Listening to all of this amazing music as it has evolved in real time has been one of the great joys of my life. Thanks for so respectfully alerting others. OXO
