An exclusive set of curated music, beat loops & poached reedited samples that both inspired and were created based around my recent collection of new works for "California Soul" exhibition at Galleri Open Space for the GRAFFUTURISM PARIS exhibition series.
This set mood swings from lo-fi sun washed 60's folk rock, costal intermissions into dark and moody 80's dream pop blues. Classic early instrumental hip-hop deep with heavy drums and horns over melodic synth tones peppered with dialogue and sound bites poached from obscure films of the past. These sounds are specially curated, having some direct relation to the artworks, their titles and the overall theme of the exhibition.
