Right, I admit this episode is a tricky one to sell. “A guy who helps keep lights and energy going in a hospital?! BO-RING, SNAPCHAT, LOL”. But WAIT, you impatient, millenial imp. Facility services is really important. Next time you’re in a hospital or a stadium or whatever, just look around and think, that heater over there, someone thought about that particular brand of heater and its dimensions and its energy consumption and decided to buy it over all the other heaters out there. Who was that, when did they do it and why?

But Bryan O'Regan was a very engaing and funny guest and explained his job really well. Also, it turns out he has to talk and work with with loads of different types of people: managers, patients, electricians, you name it. And he describes the skill and finesse involved in that. At the very least, tune in for his odd childhood hobby (#listenbait).
