All around the world many people live in buildings & settlements that are clearly designed to be cheap rather than to enharnce our health & wellbeing or directly express our humanity. As more & more architects are waking up to the possibility of creating life affirming dwellings they are looking further afield to tech, nature & especially biomimicry for inspiration. In this interview we hear from Emeritus Professor of Reading University Derek Croome about what's on the edges of Architecture, and which direction it could head.
