My name is Zak Morriello and I'm from Point Pleasant Beach, NJ, USA. I absolutely love electronic music, have been hooked ever since I first heard Daft Punk in my middle school days. I’m a huge fan of Axwell, Sebastian Ingrosso, and Steve Angello, have been for a long time. The music these three guys make is revolutionary, completely changed my outlook on just listening to music and experiencing music, they have inspired me to create my own.

The track selection I picked for this mix is what I would imagine hearing in a Miami setting, on the beach with the sun kissing the ocean just before it sets and a cold drink in hand, while surrounded by beautiful people.

This competition is a dream come true and will definitely be career changing for whoever wins. To have the opportunity to meet Axwell and DJ at two of his events in Miami is incredible. Thank you for making this competition possible.

You tried to cram too many tracks into this set, should have let the deep stuff you started with go throughout the whole set. I have no idea where you were going at the end of this set, the Sander Van Doorn and John Dahlback tracks don't belong in this set.

Well, the contest is officially over now, it ended at 12am GMT = 7pm EST. I can't say thank you enough to everyone who showed support for me throughout this competition. I'm absolutely stunned from all the love I received from all of you. You guys came through HUGE for me when I needed it and I couldn't ask for anything more.

Now it's all up to Axwell & Axtone to make the final decision on the winning mix. The winner will be announced monday 3/12. Hope for the best.

Big thanks to Axwell & Mixcloud for putting this competition out and giving aspiring artists a chance at something special. Good luck to all the contestants.
