William Buchanan, Better known by his stage name Yahru El Guru Dj (YEGDJ) born November 15, 1976 in Walnut Creek, California. Is a Heavy Bass, Reggae, and Dub-Stepping Dj and Producer. Who has shared stages and Dj booths with, The Wailers, Mad Professor, Collie Buds, DJ Peanut Butter Wolf, and Israel Vibration, to name a few

YEGDJ, Began his career as a professional Dj in 2006 by landing himself a residency at Martini Ranch Denver, one of Denver’s Co. busiest downtown clubs. Six successful months later, YEGDJ, was offered (Which he took) to open up for Mad Professor, A disciple of Lee "Scratch" Perry and a leading producers in dub reggae's second generation. Now inspired by one of the greatest and teamed up with Denver’s leading Reggae promoter, Reggaemovement.com, YEGDJ, earned himself a Friday night Residency at Kazmos night club, the longest running Reggae and Electronic Music Bar in Denver.
