Kas DJ or Tsvetelin Mateev was born in 1979 in Bulgaria. His love for the music he discovers back when he was 16 years old, when he began to work in musical studio. There the first musical formation, in which he participates as a singer was born. His career as a singer soon ended, because he realizes that he hasn’t got the skills to be that kind of a performer. But even so he continued to build sounds for other performers. Affected with the electronic music of the Labels beyond the ocean (Purple Music, Defected Records) in the year of 2005 he decided to try mixing his favorite tracks. This is how the career of Kas DJ began. Between 2005 and 2008 he performs only in front of his friends and at private parties, he didn’t lose his wish and in February 2008 he began to play as a resident in Arizona Lounge, Shumen, a pre-party club. Where he rely basically on progressive sound mixed with vocals. Next there were several participations in Platinum Club, Shumen as a guest DJ.
