If you're not a hardcore fan, whatever your pre-conceived ideas about what 'Shock Rockers' Alice Cooper's blazing early output sounds like, chances are, it's gonna be WAY off the mark.
From their sweet Beatles infatuation to their lonely Bizarre Zappa connection, partying with Jimbo's boozing & drugging Doors, their towering brilliance over every Glam Rocker bar Bowie, & their incredibly elaborate recordings with panoramic studio wizard Bob Ezrin, we find most of this detail actually forgotten in the annals of time and bafflingly replaced instead with a Golf swinging cartoon version of the man himself or an image of a simple Horror peddling spandex clad Heavy Metaller. Oh boy, This couldn't be MORE wrong What we have here is a taste of their massive legacy, influence over much more than you'd ever imagine, indeed, one of the most versatile acts we've EVER heard, amazing sounds. We had the honour of meeting him once, he was a terrific sport. Go Vince! TSCx Uploaded 1 year ago - Featuring tracks by Alice Cooper Report this Cloudcast | ![]() |
