Ahead of our bumper Easter Sunday special at Floripa with Heidi Vogel and The Jazz Meet Band, we thought we'd reach out to our brother from another Ennio Styles, and ask him to contribute the next in our mix series. And he doesn't disappoint. Beginning with the orchestrated musings of Miguel-Attwood Ferguson and the pensive 'Intersteller Low Ways' from Planet D Nonet, Ennio dips into classic jazz dance ('Let the Sun Shine In'), vocal jazz ('Setho'), contemporary jazz ('Kyrie' and the mesmirising 'Chinese Fishing Song') before unleashing a sea of deepness. Nate Morgan, Pharoah Sanders and Salim Washington follow before Keith Brown hits us with an awesome Stevie Wonder jazz cover and Maurice Brown (no relation!) gives us 'Fly By Night' . Terry Doc Handy and Kate Ceberano round off the mix with some more uptempo sounds (Check 'Like Now'!) . A worthy addition to the archives we hope you agree.
