Our Party is a leading underground club night in Brussels, showcasing soulful music past and present and inviting a crew of international guest selectors to join the party. Recent bookings include Maurice Fulton, Paul Randolph and Rainer Trüby, and this month's installment sees long-serving Southport Weekender resident DJ, Kev Beadle take to the turntables. Kev has been a leading tastemaker on the soul and jazz scene since the mid-80s, and continues to push musical boundaries with his forward thinking selections. He has a compilation discography in double figures, that includes projects for labels such as Blue Note and Cadet, alongside contemporary stables such as BBE and the now defunct Clean Up. He produces under the name Messengers and has recently dropped a debut 12" under the a new, collaborative project called R.K. Edits.
