'Winter Dreams' - Mixed by Rob Pursey

Christmas may be over for another year, but Winter remains and this mix is just a zone for the months ahead. The female vocalists/songwriters featured have been releasing nothing but great music throughout 2012 (and for many years previously in some cases), and all the tracks are personal favourites among so many I could have chosen. With album releases at the top of the year from Dawn Richard, Jhene Aiko, Laura Mvula Chrisette Michele etc. 2013 already sounds beautiful, however, for now this is a collection of music that has soundtracked the great year that is now drawing to a close. Thanks to everyone who puts me on to music like this on the daily (particular shout out to Giraffo and Sunny Lohcab) - I truly appreciate it, but more importantly to the unbelievably talented artists who create it. Hope you enjoy.
