Russell’s first DJ experiences started at the very young age of 10 playing classic house, soul and hip hop at youth club disco’s, Growing up as a teenager in the early nineties Russell was heavily influenced by the likes of Bobby & Steve, Tony Humphries, Masters At Work, Gilles Peterson, Joey Negro plus his biggest inspiration Paul Trouble Anderson.

Russell specializes in deep and soulful house and everything in-between, Russell's played all over the country for some of the biggest promotions alongside some of the biggest names on the scene including Sy Sez & Gavin Peters from The Aphrodisiax, Karizma, Paul Trouble Anderson, Aaron Ross & Neil Pierce from The Fanatix, Lady Duracell, Grant Nelson, Pablo Martinez, Victor Simonelli, Bobby & Steve, Spen, Sarah Favouritizm & CJ Mackintosh.
