In the first hour of the show, Bob Catley of melodic Hard Rock legends Magnum talks about the band's new album "On The 13th Day" and selects three tracks from the new release, along with tracks from the band's back catalogue.

And in the second hour of the show, Greg Fraser of Canadian rockers Brighton Rock talks about the band's forthcoming appearance at Firefest, and selects songs from the band's 3 albums that will be featured in their live set at Firefest. The show also features a track from Greg's other band Fraze Gang, who recently released their second album "2".

The show also features a mix of classic tracks and killer new cuts from Rainbow, Gary Moore, ELO (new re-recordings), Linkin Park, Mob Rules, The Outlaws, Witchcraft and Thin Lizzy
