In the first hour, Rolf Kasparek talks about his new classic Hard Rock project Giant X, in which he's joined by his Running Wild guitar partner Peter Jay Jordan, influenced by Kiss, Queen, Thin Lizzy and Van Halen. Rolf talks about the writing and recording of their debut album "One" and chooses 2tracks.

Ans in the second half of the show, it's a special feature on NWOBHM-era boogie masters Spider, as the band celebrate the release of their new box set, "The Complete Anthology" (http://www.cherryred.co.uk/lemon-exd.... ), featuring all their studio albums, including the long lost "Raise The Banner" album. Frontman Col Harkness chooses tracks from all 3 albums, and respected Classic Rock and Metal Hammer journalists Malcolm Dome & Dave Ling chose their favourite Spider tracks. And Tony Wilson, producer of legendary BBC radio show "The Friday Rock Show" talks about producing two of the band's albums.

Plus Rainbow, Rory Gallagher, Thin Lizzy, The Henry Paul Band & more
