Welcome to Mixcloud's Celebration of Curation. Mixcloud is all about discovering great radio presenters + DJs, and bringing together curators from around the world to one platform where you can find the very best mixes, radio shows and podcasts.
As we approach our first birthday we want to showcase some of the biggest editorial voices around, who we have been proud and honoured to have worked alongside in the last 12 months. Everyday throughout August we will have an exclusive Cloudcast from our pick of the best curators and now we invite you to start scrolling down and checking out what they have come up with.

August 31st: Don't Stay In
We wanted to end our Celebration of Curation campaign with a bang and that's why we've got the biggest dance music and clubbing website around to provide us with our final Cloudcast. http://www.dontstayin.com/ have pulled out all the stops with this, their 50th Don't Stay In weekly mix that has come directly from Carl Cox, recorded at his birthday at Space in Ibiza earlier this summer. Need we say more?

Mixmag is the best dance music and club culture magazine around. Not content with being the best magazine of it's kind, Mixmag have also got http://www.mixmag.net/ and their own series of incredible Cloudcasts exclusively on Mixcloud. This one featuring Goldie and Kenneth James Gibson is not one to be missed!

August 29th: Pretty Much Amazing
Pretty Much Amazing does exactly what it says on the tin, it's pretty much amazing. Another fine music blogging site to grace our Celebration of Curation line-up, http://prettymuchamazing.com/ is always packed full of new music, MP3s, album reviews, videos, competitions and the best music blogs around. This Cloudcast courtesy of Breakbheats tells us exactly why Pretty Much Amazing are considered one of the best sites of their kind around.

August 28th: Get Darker
Get Darker is quite simply the home of Dubstep, it's as simple as that. August 27th: Bestival
Bestival is quite rightly one of the most eagerly anticipated UK festivals around. Held this year from 9th-12th September on the Isle of Wight, this year's line up is bigger than ever with the likes of The Prodigy, The Flaming Lips, LCD Soudsystem, Richie Hawtin and much much more. Bestival may be sold out but check out their weekly Bestimix Cloudcasts and this exclusive one by David E. Sugar to ease the pain if you aren't luck enough to have a ticket.

BBC Radio 1Xtra is the UK's only national radio station dedicated to playing extra Hip Hop, RnB, Garage, Grime, UK Funky, Dubstep, Dancehall & more. Sister station to BBC Radio 1, 1Xtra is the only station to go to for all your urban music needs. Put together by Rampage (the team behind the biggest static soundsystem at Notting Hill) this Cloudcast is a taste of things to come at Carnival 2010!

August 19th: Roundhouse Radio
The official station of the infamous Roundhouse in Camden, London and run entirely by 16-25 year old's, http://www.roundhouseradio.org.uk/ is one of the hottest online stations around for anyone who wants to hear the best in new music. Drowned In Sound are champions of independent and innovative music. XLR8R has been one of the first ports of call for anyone who knows where to get the latest and best news on all things music, culture, style and technology related ever since it launched in 1993. Based out of San Francisco and New York, their magazine covers a broad range of music genres whilst their website http://www.xlr8r.com/ has enough free downloads and podcasts to keep even the most demanding and music fans happy. You may not know it yet, but we all owe Serato a massive thank you. If it wasn't for the New Zealand-based software design company many of our favourite tracks and favourite live sets simply would not have happened. Founded in 1998, these guys have been producing ground-breaking new equipment ever since and are renowned for their unparralleled sonic quality and intuitive user interfaces.

If anyone knows how to produce the very best radio on the web it's Radio Magnetic, the longest running internet radio station in the UK. These guys aren't just one of the best blogs in Sweden but with free mp3s and videos to be downloaded everyday they're one of the best anywhere. Focusing on club music, Discobelle receive tunes from across the globe and will post reviews and recommendations online at http://www.discobelle.net/ for your own listening pleasure. Jus Like Music have been serving up a social commentary on all things musical for years. If you're from London and haven't tasted Fabric where the hell have you been!? Quite rightly one of London's most well respected clubs with lineups always full to the brim with some of the biggest DJs around, Fabric have got Mackaveli to produce this fresh mix. Combining everything from House to Garage and Electronica, blending everything from up front 2-Step rhythms to ancient 12″s, Mackaveli looks back through his record box exploring the old, to bring us into the future!

Well let me introduce Who Sampled! This online community is all about exploring the DNA of music, digging deeper than anyone else to show the direct links between songs or artists and then sticking them side by side for you to listen to. We all know that Ibiza is the epicentre of electronic music for the entire world, but did you know that at the heart of it is a radio station dedicated to spreading the musical culture of the island to the rest of us? Well there is and it's Ibiza Sonica!
