Kicking off with a re-issue on the Pacific Jazz Label with the amazing "Katanga!" - Curtis Amy & Dupree Bolton (DB must be the most-underrated trumpet player I've heard in ages). Next up is "Dream Queen" - Bobby Hamilton Quintet (wait until you hear the title track A-MAZ-ING! Then dug up from deep down in the vaults, "Motherland" - Earl & Carl Grubbs (aka The Visitors) from some real Coltrane-esque jazz solos.

A truly enjoyable set which should go really well with a good bottle of Bordeaux.
