Welcome to Punky Running Mix 1. This is a one hour mix that I put together to inspire me to run continuously at a reasonably fast pace. Classic punk, post-punk, new wave, synth-pop, and ska inspires me to move, and - with this in mind - I have put together a mix of pretty anthemic and inspirational music to get those legs pumping.
