This mix was created for Psychonavigation records 10th birthday.. The Dublin based label has been growing from strength to strength, showcasing talent from Ireland and the International circuit which mainly focuses on ambient, electronica, alternative. So far Psychonavigation have had some highly respected names contributing to the label, with names like Move D, Richard H Kirk, The Orb, Lackluster, Roedelius etc..

The collection here is more focused on the deeper ambient experimental side of the label but moves more towards melodic IDM at the end..

2011 sees the release of Psychonavigation's "Mindfield" the most ambitious compilation since the like of Warp's Artificial Intelligence I and II or the Apollo records compilations. With acts like The Future Sound Of London, Spacetime Continuum, Scanner, David Morley featuring on the comp it will certainly be a contender for the best compilation of the year
