Time to dust of the old UK labels again to being you a FANTASTIC selection of rarities and one or two that you may not be so familiar with. This selection includes some of the very best UK releases which I’ve not featured up to now (one or two make their return) and I’ve also slipped in three or four obscurities / lesser knowns which I hope you’ll enjoy. Any soul fan seeing the name Bill Oddie on a playlist will probably think it’s some kind of practical joke, but give it a listen, it’s a really good Beat Ballad!
I’ve dubbed most of these from the original singles so there is some snap, crackle and pop on some tracks. Hope you enjoy this one, it was good to play these again after a long break.
