Matthew presents Radio Silverstone's weekly motorsport news and music extravaganza.

This week from Norfolk on the coldest day of the year so far.

I travelled to Snetterton to meet BBC1's new Formula 1 correspondent Ben Edwards.

So, 48 minutes of chat and three pieces of music chosen by Ben.

The chat is radio gold.

It ranges from Ben's career as a racing driver (he's a 2-time British champion you know), his twenty year pedigree as a motor racing commentator and his views on everything from Jenson to Sebastian, from Adrian Newey to Ross Brawn and from Fernando Alonso to who might be the Spanish double world champion's Ferrari team mate in 2013.

And every Radio Silverstone presenter is allowed to play Fleetwood Mac's 'The Chain' once in their time at the station.

The BBC's brand new Formula 1 Commentator requested it.
