It's ten years the moment that changed gaming.
You'd just put your new copy of GTA III into your PS2. "Yeah, nice intro movie, but most games have nice intro movies and the gameplay turns out to be rubbish." Then 8 Ball tells you his hands are messed up and you'll have to drive. "Whaaa....? You mean... No way!" And then you started roaming around a 3d environment that wasn't in space or in a dungeon full of dragons. There were cars, trees, buildings... Our kids will never experience that moment. And as a radio producer the in-game audio blew me away.
