Early delivery this time for the 9th episode of The Transportape Series. I was away in London last weekend for Gilles Peterson's Worldwide Awards and I wanted to drop a few tracks in the sort-of-house genre. So why not do it on Saturday this time? There are a few good songs in this delivery, starting with the hot "All By Myself" by the ever expanding Gerry Read. And what about Floating Points' "Arp3"?: simply hypnotic.
El Txef A is a must follow in the Spanish electronic scene, and "In" is already a favourite of mine (watch out for the limited edition in one sided 12 "). Also another "new" name to keep at hand is the belgian Locked Groove in Hotflush. Oh, and Cooly G's "Landscapes" is a delicious way out in the set, not strictly new (was released late november), but hey, it's fresh.
