The sun is shining, jazz is brewing, must be springtime! Welcome to the Transportape Series number 15. It's another jazz selection of new material, and I must confess I saved the best for last. The trio Romano-Sclavis-Texier is a guarantee of top quality and that's exactly what they deliver in their new album, an eclectic recipe in the company of the rock orientated Bojan Z and Nguyen Le, as one can feel in the track "Griot Joe". Don't miss the rest of the album!
Quasimodo are a contemporary classic of jazzdance and they launch these days a collection of sort-of-hits with some special edits. Jupiter Tuning Center are one of my recent discoveries and they continue releasing fun and smart soundscapades, like this "V8 Engine". Pieranunzi and Steve Turre are mostly connected to mainstream jazz but they featured a couple of good floor stompers in the new albums. And the opening track is a pre-release of Lauren's new album. Enjoy the ride! http://wtrns.fr/Y1s1393BDSEKSyUploaded 1 year ago - Featuring tracks by Steve Turre, Jupiter Tuning Center, Quasimodo, Jessica Lauren Four, Romano+Sclavis+Texier and more ![]() ![]() | ![]() Listeners also enjoyedEnjoying Mixcloud?Join with Facebook Do you like us? |
