Being a DJ, one thing I always enjoy is having a nice set of freshly bought records - few things are more exhilarating than mixing this new, most of the times completely unknown material together for the first time.
There is this spontanious aspect about it, which lets creativity flow freely ..often leading to surprising mixes I probably never would have tried, had I known the material beforehand. The intuition series consists of mixes that were done just like that: new records, freshly delivered from the online store, mixed together for the 1st time and recorded live. In most cases, the mixes cover several quite different styles (or: aspects) of techno-music ...it all depends on the set of records I bought :-) This is the 3rd part of the series: olive, recorded on July 1st, 2011 As I used 2 records I already had (21+23), the concept is not 100% pure - what's the same though is the spontaneity with which new&old was combined.
