Nite Bites returns after a lengthy hiatus (oops) to dig out another corner of London's diverse nightlife scene: dancehall. Your host and Time Out's Clubbing editor, Kate Hutchinson, talks to UK dancehall linchpin Gabriel Heatwave about the sound in east London, the parties, the producers and the music and also looks further afield as Toronto dancehall-pop duo Bonjay swing past the studio for a cup of tea and a strawberry cupcake.

You'll hear new dancefloor-fuelled tracks from the likes of Hudson Mohawke and Wiley, dancehall big ones and Kate also looks ahead to some of the future electronic stars at Sonar this year in a mini-sonic round-up.
