I should have done this mix years ago. So it´s finally October 2011 and not 2005 when this task is finished. This mix contains some of my favorite records from back in the days. I started buying Hardcore vinyl back in 1994 and over the years my collection kept on growing. Although it is mostly about old stuff (which I still love to DJ today) I didn´t want to do a strict oldschool mix. I was never a big fan of a puristic attitude. Should I have put more new records on it? Probably. The comparision between new and old material is always interesting. You can hear this for example at the end when the Juggernaut track from 1995 gets mixed with the track from FFF. I guess this is the most characteristic part what I wanted to say and what LFO DEMON was all about: getting the different styles together. At the end something different than my initial idea came out and I ended up using totally different records than the ones I selected first. More mixes ahead to feed the Hardcore Continuum.
