People seem to confuse electronic music with Techno. EDM is the main name of House, Dubstep, Drum & Bass, Electro etc the list goes on but when people call it Techno... They sound a little dumb in my opinion because "Techno" is a genre of EDM. One night I was playing a Dubstep track and everyone was digging it except for one girl who walked up to me and said "Can you stop playing Techno and play top 40 hip hop?" I couldnt help but laugh in here face because one, I dont play hip hop and two, Dubstep is not Techno. So you wanna know what my reply was..."Im not playing Techno, Im playing Dubstep!!!"
