As aid and investment from the BRICS countries continues to grow, this seminar asks: what is the shape of the new global aid policy landscape? The speakers are two key individuals who have been involved in global aid coordination efforts for many years. Richard Carey was the OECD Director for Development Co-operation from 2007-2010, and a founding co-Chair of the China-DAC Study Group. Richard Manning worked for the UK Department for International Development and its predecessors from 1965-2003. From 1996-2003, he was a Director-General at ODA/DFID.
