SoulSistas And SoulBruthas! Hope this finds you happy and groovy! Wanted to put together a few things I've stumbled upon in the past few months that have managed to stay in heavy rotation at HSB HQ. There's definitely been some good stuff out there that is HIP TODAY and deserves a bit of your attention. I especially want to mention an album that got released today from Kendra Morris called, 'Banshee' out on Wax Poetics Records. It's some REAL DEAL CONTEMPORARY SOUL and it'd be a worthy addition to your crates.
Please search out whatever hits you and grab some up. There's lots of independent releases here and all these artists could use your support!
