So years before global darkness became a seperate entity and sold its soul to that whole West Coast Sound of Holland thing (we're talking way back in the mid 90's here) we used to organize Jungle/D&B parties in the Leiden & The Hague squat scene. For those of you that roamed the streets of the Dirty Brown with us looking for property to annex, remember Centraal, Bar&Boos, Morsweg, PTT, Uiterste Gracht, Blauwe Aanslag, Iets Vrijers, Brullend Breekijzer, Laten Staan etc?? A different era indeed.
We got a whole bunch of requests lately from youngsters and mid-life crisis victims alike to up some of the mixes we did back in those days. So there you go, if we can get off our arses and digitize this shit this might become some kinda archive of our sordid past and another pebble in the ever expanding pond of nostalgia.
And hell yeah since life is about movement we'll post some other mixes here too, depending on where da vibez take us..
