How many times have you stuck your favourite album, track or artist on early on at the weekend and found your self wishing there was some where open to go and shake your thang? Well personally it happens to me most weekends so its very frustrating having to wait another 10 hours for a club to open.

Or aim is to bring something different to the city, the radical idea of starting during the day means there is no pressure to get absolutely tanked up, no need to be stumbling home at 3am desperatly searching for a taxi or an open take away. Funktion at the Junction is first and foremost all about the music, and so it should be. There is no door charge, food is available with drinks offers and of course the best uderground sounds there is to offer.
