Full Brain, real name Mike, is an electronic musician and an occasional DJ. Since 1992, he has played raves, clubs, house parties and on college radio. He is a co-founder of Hyperreal—the original online haven for electronic music—and he was a core member of Midwest music/art/rave collectives ele_mental and Illuminator. After more than a decade out of the public eye, he was featured at the 2008 Communikey Festival of Electronic Arts, where he performed a set inspired by Italy’s warped-BPM Afro/Cosmic scene of the early 1980s.
